At LAMDAER TECHNOLOGY LLC, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our software and SaaS products. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be granted.
2. SaaS Subscriptions (7-Day Money-Back Guarantee)
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all new SaaS subscriptions. If you are not completely satisfied with our platform within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, you may contact us for a full refund. No questions asked. Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days back to the original payment method.
3. Custom Software Development
Due to the resource-intensive nature of custom software development, we generally do not offer refunds for services once they have been rendered. Refunds for custom projects are governed strictly by the Service Agreement signed at the start of the project. Milestone payments are non-refundable once the deliverable has been accepted by the client.
4. Exceptions
We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if we have evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behavior that entitles LAMDAER TECHNOLOGY LLC to a counterclaim.
